Forensic Accounting provides an accounting analysis that is suitable to the court which will form the basis for discussion, debate and ultimately dispute resolution. As a discipline, it encompasses financial expertise, fraud knowledge and a strong knowledge and understanding of business reality and the working of the legal system. Its development has been primarily achieved through on-the-job training, as well as experience with investigative officers and legal counsel. 

Our Forensic Accounting Department works to identify and find a solution of disputes between the parties (cases such as:  objections, annulment of objection,  credit,  lawsuit to establish a negative fact, establishment of companies,  liquidation, arbitration, representation, reoccupation, business combination, strategic alliance, establishment of equity, compensation calculations, contract arrangements between parties and every kind of financial analysis including ratio and Du’pont analysis, special advice reports and equity determination reports).
